Home Remodeling in Glen Ellyn

Our Remodeling Process for Glen Ellyn Homes

Before work begins, we assess the property, discuss the requested improvements, and consider how each space needs to function. We then review the complete scope with you, explain the planned sequence, and provide a clear construction timeline.

A typical project moves through these stages:

• Initial Discussion: We discuss the areas you want to renovate and the work you’re considering.
• Project Assessment: We review the property and gather the details needed to prepare the scope and estimate.
• Scope Review: We explain the proposed work and answer your questions before construction begins.
• Construction: Your dedicated project manager coordinates the work and keeps you informed.
• Final Walkthrough: We review the completed work with you at the end of the project.

Residential remodeling permit requirements vary by project. The Village groups kitchen and bathroom remodels under its residential remodel permit category, while additions and other construction activities use separate permit types. Depending on the scope, the Village may require construction documents, contractor information, inspections, or other submissions.

The Same Professional Stays With Your Project

The professional who prepares your estimate remains involved through the final walkthrough, while a dedicated project manager coordinates each job. We stay available to answer questions, explain construction details, and provide demonstrations when they’re useful.

Our small, family-owned and operated team has served homeowners since 2007 and is fully insured. That personal accountability extends to how we treat your home each day.
